Grapes from Mexico announces display contest winners

Grapes from Mexico has announced the winners of its “Snack On!” Retail Display contest in the Northeast region.

Highland Park Markets in Farmington, CT is among the winners of the first Grapes from Mexico Retail Display Contest.

Participating retailers competed for prizes including an iPad Air, Bluetooth Speakers and Portable Chargers. Displays were judged on overall creativity, size and use of branded POS materials. Among the top prize winners are Donelan’s Supermarkets in Pepperell, MA and Highland Park Markets in Farmington, CT.

The “Snack On!” Retail Display Contest marks the first trade contest supported by Grapes from Mexico. The brand plans to build on promotional efforts for next year’s season, which kicks off in May and continues through mid summer. “We are pleased to see retailers embracing Grapes from Mexico and partnering with us to educate consumers about our product’s fresh taste and great quality,” said Juan Laborin, General Director of the Asociación Agricola Local de Productores Uva de Mesa (AALPUM), the local association of table grape growers in Sonora, Mexico. “We look forward to building more partnerships and enjoying another successful season next year,” added Laborin.
