Peruvian Fresh Produce continues to open markets

From 2 to 4 of September Peru will participate in Asia Fruit Logistica for the eighth time since 2008, when the leading trade fair for the Asian fresh produce business moved to Hong Kong. After a continuous participation, which has been successful every year, Peruvian exhibitors are waiting with high expectations for their forthcoming presence with the aim of again increasing their existing business and exploring new trade opportunities with Asian countries. In recent weeks Peru got the final approval for supplying Hass avocados to China.



The following producers, exporters and associations are taking part of this year’s Peruvian Pavilion (Hall 3, L-01 / M-01) at AsiaWorld-Expo, Hong Kong):The companies Agrícola Challapampa, Camposol, DanPer Trujillo, Ecosac Agrícola, Fundo Sacramento, El Pedregal, Peruvian Agritrade, Procesos Agroindustriales – Proagro, White Lion Foods as well as the association of mango producers and exporters APEM, Peru Citrus, the table grape producers association PROVID, as well as Avocados from Peru, all of these with more than 30 additional member companies.

The Peruvian pavilion is organized by the Association of Peruvian Agrarian Producers Guilds/AGAP and the German-Peruvian Chamber of Commerce and is supported by the Peru Export and Tourism Board/ PROMPERU, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism/MINCETUR, the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation/ MINAGRI and Intercorp/Interbank.
