From mid-May, the hairless Sungold Kiwi Zespri is commercially available. The golden yellow, juicy flesh is very tasty and refreshingly sweet. The kiwi is particularly rich in nutrients and contains as much vitamin C as three oranges. Vitamin C strengthens the immune system and can protect us from, for example summer flu.

"Last year we could only supply a small amount of Zespri Sungold for the German trade," explains Andreas Borgers, Marketing Manager of Zespri Germany, "but the response was so positive that this year we want to give as many people as possible the opportunity to test our new product. "
The introduction of Zespri Sungold is supported by a large advertising campaign on TV, in print and online media. In the coming weeks more than 50,000 Sungold kiwis are distributed through Berlin and Hamburg too. The campaign is completed with tastings in participating markets and a Germany-wide road show with 15 vehicles.
