"Sakata Seed presents new Bimi "supervegetable"

Last week, at Fruit Attraction, Sakata Seed Ibérica presented the new Bimi vegetable under the slogan "Nice to meet you"; to this end, the firm had the cooperation of the actress and model Vanessa Romero.

Bimi is the result of a natural blend between broccoli and Chinese cabbage; it has been called "supervegetable" due to the large amount of essential nutrients it contains. During the three days of the fair Fruit Attraction, the Japanese multinational organised a series of promotions of this new vegetable.

The main promotion consisted in a gift that Sakata handed to all visitors; a Bimi sample presented in a modern transparent packaging, intended to give everyone a chance to taste it. It was also one of the most noteworthy products of the Pasarela Innova because of its elegant shape and unique packaging.

Also, on Wednesday 15 October, chef Sergio Perez carried out a show cooking in Fruit Fusion with three dishes using Bimi as the main ingredient, which demonstrated the versatility of this new vegetable. What was most surprising was the combination of traditional dishes with the introduction of this new vegetable.

Lastly, on Thursday 16 October, the media presentation of Bimi took place at Sakata's stand with the collaboration of the actress and model Vanessa Romero.

Being a modern woman of the 21st century, Vanessa seeks to have a healthy diet without spending too much time in the kitchen. Bimi is perfect for those seeking wellness through food without giving up on the pleasure of taste.
