Kiremko supply fryer to West European chip producer

Kiremko have produced a complete process line and supplied with this a two-stage fryer of serious format for one of the largest chip producers in Western Europe. During the last few months the engineering department has developed this fryer with a special free carrying conveyor belt. This new fryer is a technical tour de force with an exceptional belt width of 2.4 meter and suitable for coated products and standard chips. Depending on the required product quality this fryer has a capacity of 25 to 35 tons of chips per hour."

In Europa in a process line mostly long and narrow fryers are used, whilst in North America the fryers are not so long, but are wide. This newly produced
2-stage fryer from Kiremko is long and wide. It has a length of 16 meter and a belt width of even 2.4 meters, which satisfies all requirements of the largest producers.

By using a free carrying conveyor belt maintenance has been reduced to a minimum with an optimum reliability.

The fryer has quite a number of features, such as a complete stainless steel construction, an accurate level regulation through radar sensors and balanced oil circulation and filtration system. A beautiful example of technique, of which one can say: "size really does matter".
