Netherlands: Celtic Cooling realizes central cooling system for Mol Fresh Food
The new complex features large storage cells and several peeling, cutting, reading, packing and despatch areas. For a food processing company as Mol Fresh Food creating an optimal climate through appropriate cooling or heating techniques in the different processing areas is of great importance. We hereby also strongly considered the presence of people in these areas. Special about this project is that the climate in all areas is controlled by a specially by Celtic Cooling designed controller that guarantees optimal operation of the refrigeration equipment with the lowest possible energy consumption.
In the food processing industry food safety has the highest priority. Our experienced designers have therefore ensured that all business areas meet the desired requirements regarding the HACCP standards and other required certificates.
