Its majority shareholder is Consorfrut S.L., a holding created by the following Spanish producers: Frutsol, Citrimed, Albenfruit, Espax, El Limonar de Santomera, Vicasol, Murgiverde and Argenti Lemon, Argentina-based citrus producer.
Consorfrut Polska Sp. z o.o. has a wide network of reputable fruit and vegetable suppliers from all Europe, Turkey, Argentina, Chile and the Republic of South Africa. Owing to our highly professional service, goods from our suppliers are successfully distributed among our clients. The Company has been very successful owing to its largely developed network of long-term relations with reputable clients on the wholesale market in Poland. Owing to excellent quality of its products and professional service, Consorfrut Polska has been successful in selling its products to supermarkets. In addition, the Company is very much engaged in intensive export of Polish vegetables to markets of Eastern and Western Europe.
At present Consorfrut Polska has four warehouses in Krakow, Warsaw and Jarosław, as well as a logistic platform in Warsaw to serve big commercial chains of super and hypermarkets. The warehouse in Jarosław is an excellent exportation base to the Eastern markets, in particular, to the Ukrainian market.
The Krakow warehouse, the flagship of the company, is a modern logistic center prepared to serve both the sector of wholesale trade and the sector of supermarkets (certified according to the standard BRC-Global Standard Food). Moreover, the warehouse has banana ripening chambers and sorting room along with repacking machines.
