Taylor Farms is returning to the New York Produce Show in New York City, Dec. 2-4. There, the company will feature its Jalapeño Popper Chopped Kit and its Mini Taco Ranch Chopped Kit.
The company will also highlight its new Baltimore facility, a 220,000 square-foot expansion project. The facility will have the capability to produce all of the company's products under one roof, allowing for the freshest deliveries possible. The facility is slated to open summer 2026.
"The New York Produce Show is an important opportunity to introduce Eastern US customers to our latest products and varieties," said Amanda Knauff, vice president of NE sales, Taylor Farms. "We are committed to producing and delivering healthy produce fresher, faster, and closer to market. As the consumers' demand for freshness and innovation continues, we're dedicated to meeting their needs in an enhanced way."
Earthbound Farm will also be at the show and will unveil its new organic salads. It will feature expanded spinach offerings and the newest addition to its specialty variety line, the Beet Greens blend.

New Spinach offerings include Chopped Spinach and Big Leaf Spinach. Chopped Spinach makes it effortless for shoppers to add organic spinach to any dish: ready to sprinkle, stir, or blend for fresh flavor and spinach powered nutrition. Big Leaf Spinach offers hearty, mature leaves that shine in the pan or the juicer. Crafted for shoppers who love to cook and create, Big Leaf Spinach is easy to store in a resealable tray. The Beet Greens Blend delivers differentiated flavor, vibrant color, and functional nutrition such as fiber for gut health.
"We're looking forward to sharing our newest varieties and featuring them in the innovation showcase," said Jenny Panziera, director of product, organic salad, and Earthbound Farm brand. "Our new spinach varieties—Chopped Spinach and Big Leaf Spinach— were developed to expand the use of spinach by meeting the evolving needs of home cooks and wellness-minded consumers seeking value and versatility, while our Beet Greens Blend brings bold flavor and vibrant nutrition to the specialty greens category."
New York Produce Show attendees are invited to visit the company's booths, #128 and #130. Attendees can also tune in to the Seeds of Change panel at the Global Trade Symposium to hear from Knauff.
