Average wholesale prices for bananas across the EU showed minor declines in several markets in week 45 (ending 09-11-25) compared to week 44 (ending 02-11-25).
Greece moved from €109 to €110 per 100 kg, while Spain eased from €111 to €106. France increased slightly from €110 to €112, and Ireland dropped from €116 to €106.
In Eastern Europe, Latvia declined from €86 to €85. Croatia decreased from €120 to €107 and Hungary from €134 to €126.

The Netherlands remained stable at €109. Poland decreased from €123 to €98. Portugal remained at €98. Romania moved from €154 to €148, and Slovakia remained unchanged at €146. Finland dropped marginally from €120 to €119.
No data were listed for Cyprus, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, or Sweden.
Overall, the latest week reflects a mixed price pattern across Europe, with most markets showing slight downward movement and only isolated increases.
