A new logistics facility has opened in Panama Pacifico, aimed at improving cargo movement and supporting supply chain operations across the Americas. The warehouse, spanning over 20,000 square meters, is strategically located near the west coast port terminal and the Pan-American Highway, with direct connections to ocean, rail, and air networks.

Positioned within the Panama Pacifico Special Economic Zone (SEZ), the facility benefits from various regulatory advantages. These include exemptions on import-export duties, flexible storage durations, and the ability for export goods to retain their country-of-origin designation. These features are intended to support more streamlined operations for companies distributing goods throughout the region.
The location provides direct access to key infrastructure, including Tocumen International Airport, Balboa Port, and the Panama Canal Railway. The warehouse is designed to support cargo consolidation, helping reduce inventory and associated logistics costs.

In addition to storage, the site offers a range of services that cater to sector-specific requirements. These include value-added solutions aimed at shortening lead times and facilitating faster cargo distribution.
A warehouse management system (WMS) supports inventory oversight and operational efficiency. With integrated connections across ocean, air, and rail transport, the facility is structured to enhance cargo visibility and support end-to-end supply chain needs.
