Specialists from China will inspect the sites where fresh apricots and peaches, are grown, as well as storage and packaging facilities. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture.

It is noted that a draft protocol has been prepared between the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic and the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China "On phytosanitary requirements for fresh apricots and peaches exported from the Kyrgyz Republic to China."

According to the document, exported fresh apricots (Prunus armeniaca) and peaches (Prunus persica) must meet health and safety standards as well as the phytosanitary requirements of the People's Republic of China.

Based on the results, a registry of orchards for export products will be compiled.
