On Friday, May 24, the official groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the new Aartsen N.V. building in Sint-Katelijne-Waver took place, marked by the setting of the first column. This celebratory event was attended by contractor Derdaele, architects, various colleagues, and the management of Aartsen.
The new facility, which is slated for completion in early 2025, is designed with the latest techniques in energy and sustainability and will be fully self-sufficient and carbon-neutral. This milestone signifies the dawn of a new era for Aartsen in Belgium.
With a logistics space of 10,000m² and 1,000m² of office space, the new building offers Aartsen the opportunity to continue growing and further optimize our service to customers. Moreover, this means that we can significantly expand our commercial activities in Belgium, which is also our intended goal. Ready for growth and further development in the coming years."
