Lineage Logistics, LLC, a temperature-controlled industrial REIT and logistics solutions providers, announced the acquisition of Veldboer B.V., an owner and operator organization comprised of two cold storage facilities in North Holland.
The two facilities in North Holland together combine for 5,800-euro pallets, 10 cooling cells and four freezing tunnels. In addition to cold storage, cooling and defrosting, Veldboer provides in-house transport and logistics services and customers clearing support.
The acquisition of Veldboer contributes to Lineage’s leading cold storage network In Europe and reinforces the Company’s European transportation capabilities. In summary, the transaction enables Lineage’s ability to provide additional in-house transportation services to customers and strengthens Lineage’s offer of end-to-end logistics solutions to customers.
Veldboer B.V was founded by owner Jos Veldboer in 1984 and has grown to employ 14 team members today.
