The Ypres Food Associates Group N.V. (FASG) has reached agreement with the Waalwijk-based Kivits Logistics Group B.V. on the takeover of the activities of its subsidiary Fresh Flow B.V. in Willebroek, Belgium. All customers and staff members will be transferred to Kivits.
Kivits will integrate the activities of Fresh Flow into its Belgian branch Kivits Logistics in Zellik. FASG and Kivits have also agreed on a long-term partnership for various supply chain services for its subsidiary Delisol.

Fresh Flow is a logistics service provider that takes care of all logistics activities.
Fresh Flow offers standard logistics activities such as transport and order picking, as well as VAL activities such as labelling - THT spraying - repackaging up to order entry and stock management including replenishment.
