There's a loading area with 15 docks, also on the south side. It's being used for outgoing goods. In the ground floor's middle part, there are 20 cold stores, which are around 9.79m high. They have a 2°C cooling capacity. The cooling system uses natural refrigerants.
You can reach these cold stores via two wide aisles. These are also connected to the dispatch area on the north side. There, 12 docks are being used for incoming goods. The dispatch areas and aisles are about 5.37m high and are also air-conditioned.
You can reach the first floor via two pallet elevators, various stairwells, and passenger elevators. The first floor on the south side houses an temperature-controlled repackaging area. A wide corridor links that to the air-conditioned storage area on the north side. These spaces are roughly 3.93m high.
The complex has two entrances. The spacious outside area is asphalted and equipped with barriers, collision protection, and an access control system. There's plenty of space to maneuver in front of the docks on both the south and north sides. There are 33 truck parking areas on the east side. There's also ample passenger car parking space on the north side.
The area on the west side is used as access for the companies situated there (Transportweg 20-46). So, you can't use that for storage or parking.
