Holland Fresh Group withdraws Fruit Attraction participation

The Holland Fresh Group has decided to cancel its collective participation in the Fruit Attraction. Ger van Burik of Holland Fresh Group stated this when asked. Fourteen Dutch fruit and vegetable companies had registered to participate in the pavilion.

“The biggest consideration for us has been that Madrid was declared Code Orange last weekend. Although essential travel is still allowed, we noticed the number of our participants interested in taking part in the fair has diminished sharply for health reasons. Organising a trade fair in these conditions does not seem feasible. Moreover, far fewer international visitors are expected. For these reasons we have decided not to participate this year."
