H&H acquire major holding in Corefresh

Corefresh has announced a new partnership with Hars and Hagebauer who have acquired a major holding in the company. German company Hars and Hagebauer was established in 1882 and now has operations in Hamburg, UK, Netherlands and Spain.

Hars and Hagebauer import fruit, vegetables and salads. The core product is grapes which they import from around the world and mangoes which are imported 52 weeks of the year.

The partnership will complement Corefresh’s plan to offer new product lines to its customers.

Andy Beale has been appointed CEO of Corefresh and will continue to run the business on a day to day basis supported by his team. Hars and Hagebauer will help support with new opportunities and existing its products and experience.

Corefreesh are excited and happy to be on this new journey with Hars and Hagebauer.
