The Moroccan clementine season has only just begun. However, the first shipment of Zniber Berkane mandarins has already arrived at the Dutch company, Aartsen.
Aartsen is the exclusive seller of Zniber in the Benelux and Asia. "We not only import clementines. We also get Nour and Nadorcott mandarins, navels, and Valencia Late oranges", says Aartsen's Aart Bezemer.
"Zniber is an exporter with 3,200 hectares of own production. They have affiliated growers too. These are in the Berkane, Marrakech, and Gharb regions of Morocco."
"Last year, Zniber opened the largest packing station in North Africa. It is located in Berkane. It is a hypermodern facility of more than 50,000 m2. We have come up with entirely new branding of our existing label. We did so in partnership with Zniber," adds Bezemer.
"We can add a strong brand to our assortment with this cooperation. We are proud to exclusively market the Zniber brand. We are looking forward to a successful partnership," concludes Aart.
