More than half of the fruits and vegetables that pass through this market come from local or French productions: 86,114 tons in 2017 for a total of 155,676 tons marketed. 75 fruit and vegetable wholesalers take the time to tell with good humor and passion about the products that they sell. In addition to the large amount of local seasonal products, from Occitania but also from the rest of France, and the very present Spanish production, there is also a wide range of exotic and off-season products from all over the world.

This time of year, melons, stone fruits and red fruits are in the spotlight, which brings beautiful colors to the market stalls.
