Indonesia and Argentina have agreed on a bilateral partnership covering market access for agricultural products. Agriculture Minister Andi Amran Sulaiman discussed and agreed to the cooperation agreement when Argentinian Vice President Gabriela Michetti visited the Ministry of Agriculture's office.

"We proposed the export of mangosteen, pineapple, banana, snake fruit, coffee, and pepper," Amran said after the meeting, adding that his ministry has been in correspondence with Argentina, requesting a follow-up.

According to en.tempo.co, the minister also said that Mrs Michetti had agreed to the proposal and conveyed to her staff to have it followed up and finalized.
