This year, Huelva's big berry producers are relying once again on Induser for the automation of their packaging processes.
"After managing to handle 120 tons a day at the new facilities set up in the previous campaign, Lucena Coophuelva is doing the same at its facilities in Cartaya, with an installation to process 60 tons per day," explains Pedro Martínez Lázaro, commercial director of Induser.
Meanwhile, the company Surexport, which is currently the firm with the highest turnover in the sector, has carried out the first phase of its new project, with a packaging facility able to handle 60 tons per day.
"Another group that continues to rely on us as a technology provider is Selberry, from the PLUS BERRIES group, which is expanding its facilities for the fourth consecutive time with our technology. This year, we will install a faster packaging system with a higher degree of automation than the previous one," says Pedro Martínez Lázaro.
Other companies in Huelva with large projects in which Induser has participated, and which continue to expand their facilities, are Alfrut, BC Nature, Cofrelux, Lucena Fruit, El Pilonar, Frescarily, Gorofres, Fresgarrido, La Condesa, Tilla, etc.
In the north of Spain, projects are also being implemented at Intercom, which is the leading marketer in the domestic market; Principado de Berries, the sector's most important company in Asturias, and at Campoberry and Albillo Natural, in Cantabria. In Portugal, they are working with Greenfactor and Ruralaf in the north, and with Exotic Instant in the south.
