Ramadan starts on May 6th. For the past few days, retailers have been promoting the food consumed during this period. Dates are particularly popular to break the fast.
This year, the price of this product is extremely high, exceeding by far that of last year. Resellers are asking wholesalers to lower the price in order to increase consumption. “The month of Ramadan is about to start. Currently, we have dates of different quality to satisfy all of our clients. It is still relatively slow so we hope to see more customers,” says a retailer.
