KÖLLA NOVA GmbH, part of the KÖLLA Group and specializing in the trade of fresh fruit and vegetables, has appointed Marcus De Luca as managing director with effect from August 1, 2025. With this decision, the KÖLLA Group is strengthening the existing management team led by Florian Walther and Benedikt Wetterau and sending a clear signal of continuity and future orientation.
Marcus De Luca has been working in the fruit and vegetable industry since 1998. After completing his apprenticeship at Manss in Hamm, he gained international practical experience with producers in Italy – both in the field and in the warehouse. Further positions took him to EDEKA Fruchtkontor in Munich and Gandolfo in Milan, among others. He has been part of the KÖLLA Group for 17 years and, with almost 28 years of industry experience, is one of the leading experts in the European fresh produce sector.
