Uzbekistan and Poland’s Green Crops discuss fruit and vegetable exports to Europe

Diplomats from Uzbekistan's Embassy held talks with executives of the Polish holding Green Crops, including owner Mateusz Rytel and CEO Adam Ruzicki, according to Dunyo news agency.

The Polish side outlined the company's operations, noting that Green Crops runs factories in 12 European countries. Company representatives expressed readiness to build trade ties with Uzbekistan to supply fruits and vegetables grown there not only to the Polish market but also to supermarket chains across Europe.

The two sides discussed export opportunities for Uzbek produce, participation in trade fairs in both countries, and other forms of cooperation. As a result, they agreed on a visit by Green Crops representatives to Uzbekistan and the company's participation in the upcoming Agro Expo Uzbekistan/Agrotech Expo in Tashkent.
