UK pizzeria charges £100 for Hawaiian pizza to deter orders

Lupa Pizza in Norwich, England, has listed its Hawaiian pizza at £100 to discourage customers from ordering the controversial pineapple topping. Co-owner Francis Woolf expressed a strong dislike for pineapple on pizza, stating, "I absolutely loathe pineapple on a pizza." Despite the high price, the restaurant keeps tinned pineapple on hand, though no customer has placed an order yet. This move has reignited the debate over pineapple as a pizza topping, with a 2017 poll revealing that 53% of Britons enjoy the combination, while 29% consider it an abomination.
