On September 30, three individuals found World War II ammunition while mushroom picking in Slovakia. One grenade was discovered near Bratislava on Devínska Kobyla mountain, while two artillery shells were found in the Vranov nad Topľou district. Bomb disposal experts safely handled and destroyed the items. As mushroom-picking season begins, police urge the public not to touch any unusual objects they may find and to immediately call emergency services for assistance, as mishandling can lead to dangerous explosions.
