'Domestic apple storages are filling up'

In November, the focus of marketing was already directed towards the Christmas business and the New Year season. Prices developed nicely, gaining substance across all varieties. With an average of 1.05 EUR/kg, the average wholesale price for apples was thus able to hold its own at a nice level compared to the previous month (+3 %).

Throughout November, storages were continually supplied with domestic apples. At 71,800 tons, AMA storage levels increased by 18% compared to the previous month.
