Greenhouse grower focuses on product innovations and sustainability at global show

Windset Farms is gearing up to make waves at the IFPA Global Produce & Floral Show. With exciting new offerings and a dedication to sustainable farming, the company promises an impactful presence at the event.

Ryan Cherry, Windset Farms Director of Sales, shared his enthusiasm, saying, "We're excited to showcase our latest innovations at the Global Produce & Floral Show. Our mission is to provide consistent excellence, growth, and innovation, and our commitment to this goal will be apparent at the show."

New tomato and lettuce products
In the Fresh Ideas Showcase, YUM YUMS™ Cherry Tomatoes are set to debut a flavorful and nostalgic treat. Cherry remarked, "YUM YUMS Cherry Tomatoes are an exciting addition to our product lineup. Their vibrant colors and super sweet taste bring a touch of childhood nostalgia to the table."

DELICATO® Romaine Lettuce, a year-round greenhouse-grown lettuce from British Columbia, is another star of the show. Cherry emphasized, "DELICATO Romaine Lettuce is a high-quality, with outstanding taste. It's a testament to our commitment to providing the best produce to our customers."

"One of our most captivating offerings is AMORE™ Sweet Tomatoes on the Vine. These tomatoes are handpicked on the vine and offer an exceptional fresh flavor – a chef's dream tomato," Cherry said.

Apart from showcasing its products, Windset Farms eagerly anticipates the chance to connect with industry peers. "Events like this bring together growers, retailers, and suppliers worldwide. It's a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas and stay updated on industry trends," Cherry added.

Brand refresh and new booth
Windset Farms is also excited to unveil its brand refresh, featuring a ladybug symbolizing their commitment to sustainability. "Our rebrand reflects our dedication to sustainable farming practices. We're taking significant steps to reduce plastic usage, and our new packaging options, including mono material LDPE bags and Eco Paper Packs, are a testament to that commitment." These sustainable pack styles will be on display on the show floor.

Providing the ultimate platform to display Windset Farms' products is a new booth. "Our new exhibit design creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, allowing visitors to learn about our products, growing practices, and our dedication to delivering top-quality produce." Wooden accents and large-scale graphics are used to showcase products.

Visit Windset's booth (#659) at the Global Produce & Floral Show. "We're ready to inspire, inform, and leave a lasting impression," Cherry finished.
