BosDaalen, a temperature controlled transport company, is pleased to announce its successful agreement with Logisteed. With this far-reaching collaboration, BosDaalen BV has agreed to transfer all its shares to Logisteed, Ltd. Through this collaboration with Logisteed, BosDaalen is determined to further expand its strong position in temperature controlled groupage transport in the regions of Germany, Switzerland and northern France.

Founded in 1950, Logisteed Ltd operates in 28 countries at 808 sites. The company has a significant workforce of over 46,000 employees. They are a full-service logistics provider specialising in the handling and storage of dry bulk and general goods, as well as temperature controlled logistics for pharmaceuticals and perishables. Logisteed Europe B.V. has branches in Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain and the UK. Logisteed Europe is part of the Japan-based global Logisteed Group.
With more than 350 employees, Maasdijk-based BosDaalen is focused on providing quality and service-oriented logistics solutions. The deployment of high-quality equipment, expertise and transparent services ensures environmentally responsible transport in a professional and pleasant working environment.

The acquisition will not involve any changes to the BosDaalen name and organisational structure. Van Daalen and van den Bos will stay on in their current positions and all personnel will remain on board.
No further disclosures will be made on the financial details of the transaction, which is still subject to the usual regulatory approvals.
