Adjusted production estimates for tangerines/mandarins show slight increase

Adjusted production estimates for tangerines/mandarins and oranges based on the latest data obtained from the Moroccan citrus industry show a slight increase for tangerine/mandarins, moving from 900,000 MT to 927,000MT, and for oranges from 750,000 MT to 783,000 MT. Lemons, and orange juice remain unchanged from the annual citrus report.

Trade update
USDA expert have adjusted trade numbers up for fresh tangerines/mandarins and lemons/lime in MY 2022/23 based on final data received from Morocco’s office des changes. Tangerines/mandarins exports were revised up to 425,000 MT, lemons/lime exports increased to 7,000 MT based on trade to date data, and orange exports remains unchanged.
