The campaign will start in October encouraging consumers to request Valencian oranges and clementines

Spain to promote consumption of oranges and clementines from the Valencian Community in Germany and the UK

The Ministry of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors, Trade, and Labor and the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development, Climate Emergency, and Ecological Transition issued a joint statement in which they announced that they would work together to promote and encourage the consumption of oranges and clementines from the Valencian Community in two strategic European markets: Germany and the United Kingdom.

"The Ministry of Agriculture will be responsible for encouraging consumption in the Valencian Community and the Ministry of Sustainable Economy will promote consumption in Germany and the United Kingdom via Ivace International and a promotional campaign aimed at people who are interested in health issues, healthy eating, and sustainability."

"The campaign will begin in October encouraging consumers to request oranges and clementines from the Valencian Community at their shops and supermarkets. To this end, the campaign has prepared a landing page with information on why consumers should select the oranges and clementines from the Valencian Community."

"In the German market, the campaign focuses on the cities of Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, and Frankfurt, and it is aimed at people who are interested in a healthy lifestyle, cooking, gourmet products, ecology, the environment, organic products, family, and travel. In the United Kingdom, the campaign - with identical segmentation - focuses on the cities of London, Birmingham, Glasgow, and Leeds.”
