SIIM announces launch date of 2022 West African mango campaign: 5 April

SIIM, the primary exporter of West African mangoes from the four producing countries Burkina Faso, Côte d’Ivoire, Mali and Senegal, has announced that the official opening of the 2022 campaign has been set for 5 April, in Côte d’Ivoire.

The first air deliveries of ‘Kent’ mangoes packaged under the Dibra brand are expected to arrive on 6-7 April, while the first ship will enter the port of Antwerp on 19 April. During this campaign, running until mid-August, West Africa will become the leading supplier of mangoes to European countries.

In addition to its traditional ranges and packaging certified Global G.A.P, Rainforest Alliance and BSCI, SIIM announces the development of its Organic and Organic Fairtrade mango offering for this 2022 campaign.
