Uvasdoce returns tp Fruit Logistica 2022

"The new plantation will bring an increase in the production volume between 2023 and 2024"

Uvasdoce is returning to Fruit LogĂ­stica 2022, the international fruit and vegetable fair that will take place, exceptionally, from April 5 to 7 at the Messe Berlin. As every year, the Alicante-based entity is betting on the brand, this time, "from a more personal and heartfelt point of view, focusing on the promotion of its values and workers."

"Uvasdoce continues to grow, this time thanks to the planting of a new farm that has been named 'Uvasdoce'. So far, none of its 8 farms had been given a name so directly linked to the brand. The Alicante-based entity is excited about this new farm, as it is the largest so far, and in it we will have new varieties, never before planted by Uvasdoce, which will be presented throughout the year, as well as many of its flagship grapes, such as Sweet Celebration, Sweet Globe and Cotton Candy."

"The new plantation will allow an increase in the production volume between 2023 and 2024, which will translate into growth both in the domestic market and in other new destinations. Some of these new markets will be in various Asian countries, such as Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong..., where they were already active, but had never shipped large quantities of their seedless grapes."

Continuing with its project to promote healthy eating habits among consumers, but especially among children, the Alicante-based company continues to invest time and effort in its brand Las Chuches de Uvasdoce. "This new label brings together ecofriendly formats and different varieties of sweeter special seedless grapes, with special predilection for the varieties of the Candies collection of IFG: Candy Snaps, Candy Drops, Candy Dreams, Candy Crunch, Candy Hearts and the highly demanded Cotton Candy."

This season has been a bit tougher due to the lack and higher cost of raw materials, cardboard, plastics and transport. However, this is not stopping them from continuing to give their best.

Grapes with a soul
This is the name of their new communication and marketing campaign. A campaign that was launched in December 2021 with its new corporate video, starred by manager and owner Alfredo Miralles, who says in the video that "Uvasdoce is (today) a dream come true."
