AMK Fresh, which is part of AM Fresh which employs 850 people at its production facility at Peterborough Gateway is to host an open day this Saturday in a bid to fill the vacancies. The move comes 18 months after the factory opened.
AMK Fresh is the packing facility for AMT Fresh which holds a long standing commercial agreement with supermarket giant Tesco to provide fresh fruit and vegetables to its stores across the UK.
Available roles include production operatives, hygiene workers, PPT and Reach Truck Drivers and warehouse roles and office opportunities. The factory offers free parking, PPE where required, subsidised food and drink, on site occupational health support, cycle to work and recognition schemes.
The open day takes place on Saturday (September 25) at the factory from 10am to 2pm.
