Due to the current situation, people tend to stay home and prepare their own meals, so a product like the new "Mr I-Do" sauces from L'Insalata dell'orto can be particularly useful. They are available in three versions: tomato and basil, pumpkin and rosemary, bell peppers and radicchio.

"They are three fresh sauces made using vegetables. Their main characteristics are the short list of ingredients, the fact that they are organic and healthy and able to meet the tastes of various kinds of consumers," explained project representative Sara Menin.
Another innovative aspect is the packaging, which is no longer the traditional glass jar, but a box with 140 grams of product and a window to see its content. "It is the ideal quantity to make pasta or a risotto for the Italian average family, which is made up of 2-3 people. We also managed to contain costs so that they can have a truly affordable price."
"All raw materials are grown on a domestic level. Our philosophy behind this project was to start from our field of specialization, i.e. vegetables, to obtain a product that is simple, healthy, tasty, with an affordable price and that can make life easier for those who want to make lunch or dinner using a fresh vegetable sauce."
