Koninklijke Vezet production normalised after hectic first week

At the fruit and vegetable processor Koninklijke Vezet,  the productions are normal again after a hectic first week, last week. "But we were just prepared for another hectic period, so unfortunately we had to disappoint a number of employees. We did not have as much work as expected," commercial director Fedde Jonker notes.

"The ready meal market is often a market for single person products, not so much for single person households but especially for single person moments, for example for people who go to the gym and eat earlier or later. Now those eating moments are reduced and that has an impact on the meal category, it is linked to today's social situation," said Fedde.
