Belgian equity fund invests in Spanish citrus group

Integra Fund is an equity fund based in Ghent, Belgium. This investment fund has invested a minimum of €5 million in Citri & Co. This is a Spanish citrus group. The citrus company must use this capital outlay to further expand as a European market leader.

Integra Fund is investing in Citri & Co in tandem with funding by the Spanish investment company, Miura Private Equity. Miura, however, invested a far larger amount into Spanish agriculture. At the end of October, the Spanish equity fund co-founded the agricultural fund, Frutas. This was to the tune of €350 million.
