Masseria Fruttirossi, a leader in the domestic pomegranate production with over 300 hectares, has signed an important deal with Agromea, which undertakes to destine all of its pomegranate production to the former.

We are talking about 700 tons of pomegranates that will add to the over 2,000 already produced by Masseria Fruttirossi. When the new orchards will become productive over then next two years, the production will reach 12,000 tons.
The agreement was signed after verifying that Agromea applies the same strict standards employed by Masseria Fruttirossi so as to guarantee high-quality healthy productions to final consumers.

"It is an important agreement that rewards the efforts made by small producers, who are now part of a larger, more organized project. This way, pomegranates will become available to clients in various forms - fresh fruit, arils, ices and extracts available all year round. We have got in touch with many players and are confident we will sign many supply agreements over the next few days. Commercialization occurs under the 'Lome Super Fruit' brand byB&B Frutta in Bussolengo (Verona)," explains Dario De Lisi, sales manager of Masseria Fruttirossi.

The agreement signed by Agromea and Masseria Fruttirossi has a multiple objectives: it guarantees high-quality healthy products to consumers while at the same time concentrating supply and lowering production costs without forgetting work ethics, which is at the basis of Masseria Fruttirossi operations.
