Fresh carrots are expected in roughly a week. New Norwegian carrots will come onto the market in mid-June. There is still some demand for Norwegian asparagus. The asparagus season will still last for approximately three weeks in that country.
In Norway, cauliflower, white cabbage, and Chinese cabbage are in the initial stages of harvesting. It will not be long before the first of these products appear in stores. Iceberg lettuce harvesting is also well on its way.
