Uzbekistan delivers test batch of fresh melons to Singapore

With the assistance of Uztrade under the Ministry of Foreign Trade, the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Singapore organized a trial air delivery of fresh melons to Singapore.

The first trial lot was sent to the retail chain Mustafa and were part of an advertisement campaign at the shopping center.

Along with this, the embassy is negotiating with Century Global Pte Ltd to study the import of fresh and dried fruit and vegetable products (melons, tomatoes, cherries, legumes, etc.), various varieties of wines and other Uzbek products in demand on the Singapore market.

In particular, with the assistance of Century Global Pte Ltd, it is planned to promote Uzbek products also through the network of supermarkets of retail trade Fair Price.
