Jiaxing Fruit has made a direct investment of 1,200 million yuan [181 million USD] to forge Linyi into the largest and most specialized trade environment in Shandong for the collection and distribution of fruit.
The market will consist of 9 large, functional areas: a domestically produced fruit trade area, an imported fruit trade area, a large hall for trade from trucks, a refrigeration and storage, storehouse processing area, a banana processing area, on-site accommodation, and a supersized parking area. After the project in Linyi is completed, this market will be the collection and distribution center for fruit in the east of China, and the second Jiaxing Fruit market.
