Shanxi Baishui apple exports to Chile

"From October 3 until now, we have already exported a 450 tons container of apples to Chile. We estimate to export approximately 1000 tons of red Fiji apples to Chile at the end of this year"�, said Shi Wei, chairman of Baishui County Sanlian Fruit Enterprise, on December 8.

Chile was the first Latin American country to sign bilateral free trade agreements with China. One year later, Baishui apples are the ones most exported to Chile. In 2013, the Sanlian Company achieved export to the Chilean fruit market. This is the first time Baishui apples have been exported to South America.
