This phase includes the construction of a 10,000-ton freezer, a 5,000-ton constant temperature warehouse, a meat processing area of 3,000 square meters and a meat cooking area of 1,500 square meters. At this moment, the main constructions of the meat processing area and the cold chain distribution warehouse are completed.
The project investment for phase two is 50 million Yuan. This phase includes the construction of a large-scale comprehensive farmers wholesale market with a construction area of approximately 20,000 square meters. The market will have a selling area for vegetables, fruit, meat, non-staple foods and frozen aquatic products.
When the whole project is operating, it can realize an annual sales revenue of 200 million Yuan, realize 8 million in tax incomes and provide 300 people with jobs. The projects will have an important influence on the insurance of food safety and the promotion of the development of the agriculture livestock industry.
