Alan Bartlett to enter food service an online retail

This week sees the launch of Alan Bartlett and Sons extension into the food service and online retail sectors.

Together with investment in the direct marketing to some of the UK’s leading hotels, restaurants and food chains the company’s website has seen a complete makeover to allow, for the first time, the general public to buy their products online.
Toby Bartlett, of Alan Bartlett and Sons, "We have been trialling out the system for a few weeks and the feedback together with repeat orders have been extremely encouraging.

"We can offer a range of customers a selection of root vegetables direct from
the fields and delivered straight to the door the very next day"

The initial roll out will feature the grower’s own label products – Bartletts
Bushytops, Beauties, Bobtails and a mixed box.
Added Bartlett:
‘Longer term we will be looking to add new lines to the product portfolio that
are attractive to our customer base and enhance the Bartlett offering’.
