Adegeest finished projects at tomato cultivator in Switzerland and Netherlands

At tomato grower Kellerman the released low value heat from the cooling machines in the packaging hall will now be put to good use. A heat transport interconnecter has been connected by Adegeest Kasverwarming to store this heat, consisting of isolated under ground pipes of Ø 406 mm. This was supplied by Isoplus Benelux.

The released heat is stored in an existing heat storage tank which used to be used as an oil tank. When the greenhouses need more heat, it can be added with the existing boilers. On Thursday the 4th of October the installation was brought into use with a celebration.
