To encourage consumers to grill with mushrooms this summer, Monterey Mushrooms, Inc. recently launched a summer grilling webpage along with the introduction of their first recipe ebook, 10 Ways to Kebab with Mushrooms. The webpage includes three step-by-step recipe videos along with the free, downloadable e-book filled with pro-grilling tips and recipe ideas for fresh mushrooms.
“Studies have shown us that fresh mushrooms are consumed most frequently in the summer,” said Lindsey Roberts, Marketing Coordinator for Monterey Mushrooms. “We decided to capitalize on this by sharing some of our favorite kebab combinations. Kebabs using mushrooms are easy, fun and they don’t make a big mess in the kitchen.”
The mushroom company teamed up with local food and lifestyle blogger American Huney (http://www.americanhuney.com) to bring the kebab combos to life. To download the ebook, consumers are asked a few simple questions.
