Tajikistan’s dried fruit processors pitch for new buyers at Food Ingredients Europe 2025

Three dried-fruit processors from Isfara, Central Asia's leading dried-fruit hub, are showcasing their products at Food Ingredients Europe 2025, held in Paris from 2 to 4 December. The participating companies, Barakat Isfara, Dolina Fruktov, and Ali Apricot, are presenting a broad range of high-quality apricots, raisins, and prunes to buyers from across Europe and beyond.

The event, marking its 30th anniversary this year, is one of the world's largest ingredient exhibitions, bringing together more than 1,500 companies. For Tajik processors, it is a key opportunity to reach new markets, strengthen export potential, and align with global trends in food ingredients.

Visitors to the Tajikistan stand can sample the country's signature sun-dried fruit varieties, known for their natural sweetness and traditional processing methods.

Throughout the fair, the Tajik companies will join panel discussions, workshops, and business forums to gain insights into consumer trends, quality requirements, and innovation in the global ingredients sector.
