In 2020, a heartbroken Chinese woman, Ms. Zhao, took petty revenge to a new level after her boyfriend allegedly cheated on her. After crying for three days, she sent him a ton of red onions with a note: "I've cried for three days, now it's your turn." The onions were dumped at his door without warning, taking four hours to unload. Her hope? That he'd shed some tears, too. Sadly, he didn't cry—just complained about the smell and her "over-the-top behaviour." In the end, her tear-jerking gesture left only a strong stench… and stronger opinions.
