France, "a key market" for the American company

Wonderful Pistachios joins forces with French athletes Evan Fournier, Sara Balzer and Estelle Mossely

Wonderful Pistachios has announced its partnership with three French athletes to launch a new campaign entitled 'Et toi, comment tu craques?' This initiative encourages French consumers to make healthy food choices and have regular physical activity. It will be promoted by fencer Sara Balzer, basketball player Evan Fournier, and boxing champion Estelle Mossely.

The campaign, which will be rolled out digitally and in sports halls and shops from 15 April 2024, will feature star athletes: fencer Sara Balzer, silver medallist at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo; basketball player Evan Fournier, silver medallist at the 2021 Olympics in Tokyo; and boxer Estelle Mossely, the first French boxer to win the title at the Olympics and the first French woman to be crowned world champion after her Olympic title.

France, a key market
"France being a key market for Wonderful Pistachios in Europe, these athletes will increase consumers' affinity for pistachios, to follow the diet of their favorite athletes", on social media. The campaign portrays the athletes in familiar settings - a kitchen and a living room - to show the different ways in which Wonderful Pistachios can be used.

Wonderful pistachios, the healthy snack
"Wonderful pistachios are the perfect snack for a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Nuts, including pistachios, can offer athletes a source of nutrients to fuel their energy before or after activity. With their protein, vitamins, and potassium, pistachios are a natural and nutritional source to help meet the energy needs of active consumers. We firmly believe that nutrition and well-being are essential elements in helping to support fitness, and we're proud that Evan, Sara, and Estelle are playing a part in promoting these values," says Tom Hazelof, Vice President of Retail EMEA at Wonderful Pistachios.
