On September 10th, 2023, Morocco experienced an earthquake that caused the collapse of thousands of villages in the High Atlas Mountains. The government and numerous associations have hurried to assist the villagers by procuring and distributing food, water, and basic necessities. Tents and mattresses quickly followed. The most essential and urgent action is still to rebuild houses for the victims as the cold winter is threatening.
The Sanady Foundation has been used by the Delassus Group to set up a bank account called Sanady Fonda Seism. Thanks to the important funds we have raised, we are able today to offer 35 tiny houses to 35 families. We regard this achievement as exceptional.
